Ordering and payment methods

You can find all the jewelry models from the Shop. Choose your model and add it to the shopping cart by clicking "Buy". You can always go to the shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart icon on top of the window. Or press "Checkout" when you are ready for completing the order. Remember to send your pictures after ordering to

Choose your payment method at the checkout. Payment methods include Paypal and Card Payment (Visa, Mastercard & American Express, provided by Stripe). Finnish people can also pay with their online bank accounts, or with invoice or part payment. If you choose Paypal, you can pay with your Paypal account or with credit cards. You don't have to have a Paypal account. If you choose "Card Payment",  you can pay easy and safely with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. 

Basic info of the jewelry

All the jewelry pieces are made in Finland. The designer and maker of Pusseli Jewelry is Jutta Tuokko from Eläinpalvelu Pusseli (VAT: FI27206076). 

You can order stylish jewelry with different kind of photos. Your photo doesn't have to be great in quality, it can be taken for example with a standard mobile phone. It doesn't even matter which kind of background your pet (or other target of the picture) has in the picture. Your pet gets a new solid color background (see example below). Of course you can also choose to keep the original picture background.

The photos will be processed and cropped to fit the jewelry piece and enhanced if necessary. If the photo is for example too dark, it will be processed brighter for the jewelry piece.

The jewelry pieces are water repellent, so you can use them for example in light rain. Jewelry pieces are NOT waterproof, so remove them in heavy rain or when taking a shower or swimming.

If your jewelry piece becomes dirty, you can clean it with microfiber cloth or some other cloth.

Store the jewelry pieces in the dark (for example in a jewelry box) so that sunlight or other light doesn't fade the colors of the jewelry.

Choosing the photos for the jewelry piece

It would be great if the photo’s target is as clear and sharp as possible and isn’t being covered by anything. Usually a picture that shows target’s head and upper/front part of it’s body or the whole target’s body, is best. Picture’s background isn’t important and can be for example messy and boring, because it will be removed and replaced by a new solid background color.

Picture size should be minimum 400x400 pixels if possible. The bigger the picture is the better, so please send me the original picture without making it smaller in advance. Please don't crop the picture in advance either. If you have wishes for cropping, tell them by email or in the message field at the checkout. That way the photo can be most easily and stylishly processed to the jewelry piece.

Choosing the background color for your pet

You can choose the background color that you like. Below you can see all the choices for the background color. You should choose a background color that differs from your pet's color. For example usually beige isn't a good color behind a beige dog. You can also choose to keep your picture's original background for the jewelry piece.

Image copyrights 

When ordering photo jewelry with your own pictures, make sure that you have copyrights to your pictures. You have to have a right to use your pictures. Don’t use other people’s or online pictures without permission. Pusseli isn’t responsible for the pictures used in jewelry pieces. The orderer of the jewelry piece is responsible of all the picture copyrights.

What is Pusseli?

Pusseli is a company owned by Jutta Tuokko, who is also the designer and jewelry maker of Pusseli. The biggest inspiration for Jutta are her two silly Jackrussell Terriers Panda and Pilke. Shipping Policies

Pusseli ships worldwide. You can choose the delivery method depending on your country. Shipping time depends on your country. The cheapest delivery method is priority letter. To Finland shipping time with priority letter is approx. 2 weeks. To Europe shipping time is approx. 2-4 weeks. Everywhere else the shipping time varies from 3 to 8 weeks. 

If you are in a hurry, you can choose faster delivery method: Exprès Letter. With the Exprès Letter delivery times are approx.: To Finland usually 5-7 working days, Europe 6-10 working days, rest of the world 7-13 working days. The estimates do not include the time required for possible Customs clearance.  

To Finnish addresses you can also choose Posti Parcel Point (Pakettiautomaatti) and Collection Point Package (delivery to your nearest R-kioski) as a delivery method. With these methods the delivery time is approx. 2 weeks.

Shipping costs to Finland

- Priority letter: 3 € / order
- Exprès Letter: 7 € / order
- Posti Parcel Point (Pakettiautomaatti): 8 € / order

- Collection Point Package (R-kioski): 5 € / order

Worldwide Shipping Costs (everywhere else but Finland):

- Priority letter: 7 € / order
- Exprès letter: 16 € / order

12 month warranty

Jewelry pieces have 12 month warranty. The warranty time starts from the purchase date. 

If your jewelry piece breaks within 12 months you can send the broken jewelry piece to Pusseli. We will repair it and send it back to you. You have to pay the shipping fees to Finland but the repair and shipping the repaired item back to you is free of charge. 

12 month warranty applies to all problems with the jewelry, except in these kind of cases:
- the jewelry piece has gotten wet (jewelry pieces are NOT waterproof)
- item has been broken intentionally

- the jewelry piece is missing
- other exceptional cases, for example item has been driven over by a car or something like that.

If your jewelry piece has broken within 12 month of purchase, please send email: Tell a description of how the item got broken and what are the damages. If you can, also send a picture of the broken jewelry piece. You will get instructions by return mail.

Jewelry got broken after the 12 month warranty time or broke so that the warranty doesn't apply?
No problem. Pusseli has also service for repairing the Pusseli jewelry pieces. Then we will charge you of working time plus materials. Prices begin at 10 € + shipping costs. If you need this service contact:

Returning policies

All sales are final and can’t be returned, unless Pusseli has made a mistake in the item description. This is because all these photo jewelry pieces are custom made just for you and they can't be resold.

You can return only those jewelry pieces that don't have your photo in it (for example dog paw earrings). If you want to return these kind of jewelry pieces without photo, send email at and you will get instructions.

If you are not satisfied with your order for a reason or another, please send email at, so that we can work out some kind of compensation for you. Customer satisfaction is very important to Pusseli, so please don't hesitate to contact us if there are any problems.  

Packages damaged in delivery process

Unfortunately Postal services don't always manage to deliver packages without damages eventhough they are well packed and cushioned. Please check your package right after receiving it. If you notice any problems or damage with the package, make a complaint to your nearest postal office immediately.

Pusseli isn't responsible for damages that postal services has caused. If your item is damaged because of postal services has handled your package inproperly, send me email: so that we can work out some solution to the problem.

Force Majeure

Pusseli is not in responsible of delays caused by Force majeure or disadvantages or harm caused by those delays. 

All prices, specifications and shipping policies are subject to change without notice. All typographical errors are subject to correction. Customer has an oblication to read current shipping policies before ordering. 

Dispute resolution (Finland, EU)

If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board ( for resolution.

Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Local Register Offices' Consumer Advisory Service (

Consumers can refer any dispute to ODR ( concerning a purchase made in an online store for resolution by a dispute resolution body, if the seller and the consumer fail to reach an amicable solution.
